Pork Sausages with Caramelized Onion Sauce
Simple, that's what I like. I added a small chopped apple with the onions. Seems like there is just a touch of some kind of spice missing. (Reason for 4 stars instead of 5) Can't figure out what to add for a little more flavor. My husband is an excellent cook & he even liked this. Next time I will put it over rice. Mmmm.

Ham Hash With Sweet Potatoes & Thyme
Intersting flavor. Made this for dinner. Wasn't impressed. But I had leftovers for breakfast. Tasted much better and more enjoyable.

Pumpkin Bread
I'm addicted! Made a batch twice in one week. So easy. Third time I replace the oil with same amount of applesauce to save calories and fat. Denser/moister texture but also good. Like the original best.
