I am a teaching and career development officer. I enjoy reading, writing, and reading about exotic places. I plan to travel the world very soon. I enjoy cooking seafood dishes, soups, salads, and mexican dishes. My family traditionally loves hearty comfort foods, but I am getting away from those foods so often. I save them for holidays and special occasions. I am looking forward to mastering gumbo and Manhattan chowder. I have only attempted to bake a cake twice in my life and each time there was cake left in the pan. Although, the last cake tasted much better than it looked.
