Poached Salmon II
Loved this recipe. The words 'simple, moist and delicious' caught my eye and I thought, why not, and that it was. Next time and there definitely will be a next time, I will try white wine instead of the lemon juice. Two thumbs up for this recipe. Thanks to Lee for submitting it.

Dill Vinaigrette
I didn't read the reviews until AFTER I made the dressing, so I used the full amount of sugar. I didn't find it too sweet, but I did use "heaping" 1/8 tsp of the dry mustard, garlic and onion powder so maybe that compensated for it. Nice to find a recipe with ingredients that I always have on hand. A+ in my books.

Salisbury Steak
This is a very tasty dish and definitely a keeper. I used beef broth instead of the French onion soup as that was what I had on hand. After I removed the cooked burgers and drained the fat, I heated the sauce in the pan until it started to thicken, then I added the hamburgers back and simmered, occasionally turning the burgers. Mushrooms would be a nice addition. Next time. Thanks Kelly for sharing this delicious recipe.
