No Bake Cookies III
my oatmeal wasn't really cooked? and i put the cookies in the frige to make it shape faster. a little too sweet for me. But tasted good.

Banana Bread Cookies
my batter was too runny for cookies. so i made it into muffins.. they tasted good. didn't care for the icing & used cinnamon sugar instead.

Roquefort Pear Salad
restaurant-quality! SO GOOD! loved the candied walnuts. <--- what I used instead of pecans. and I did add a tablespoon of water to it.
