Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes
This was a really good recipe. I used fresh potatoes instead of canned for a change and it turned out great. I brought it to Thanksgiving last year for my in-laws and my mother-in-law just informed me that I'm bringing it again. Even the people who said they didn't like sweet potatoes tried it and liked it.

Pork Chops to Live For
Wonderfully tender meat that fell off the fork. I used boneless chops and skipped the onion. I also replaced the flour with Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and fried them for 5 min on each side in vegetable oil. They turned out great and I'll keep this as a favorite.

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations
I used the dry ingredients and the vanilla as a base for the Screwdriver Cake on this site. It was very convienent and saved me a bit of money and time going to the store. It's a cheap substitute for most recipes calling for cake mix.
