Pea Salad I
Great recipe for potlucks and gatherings. I rarely have any left over. Some changes I made were to mix ranch dressing with sour cream instead of mayo. I have also substituted items I have on hand, such as croutons or salad crisps instead of eggs or bacon, and adding carrots, mushrooms or sliced cucumbers.
