Ham and Cheese Quiche
This was the easiest and most tasteful quiche I have made to date. The only difference was that I doubled the recipe to make 2 so that I could freeze one for later (bake for 30 minutes, remove, cool, wrap, and freeze. Bake frozen at 350 for 35 mins to serve.) and I added 1/4 cup of sour cream to the egg custard mixture. I always add sour cream to my beaten eggs!

Baked Ziti I
I want to give this recipe more than just a measly 5 stars! This has become the most requested dish that I have ever made. I have served this for dinner parties as well as for the immediate family. Always a huge hit and always make extra for those 2nd, even third, helpings. Also, I have lightened this recipe with ground turkey, fat free sour cream, and a low fat mozzarella and parmesan cheese mix. I use the Classico Sausage and Red Pepper jarred pasta sauce. Everyone at the last dinner party we had was floored to learn it was made with fat free and low call ingredients. I served the Ziti with classic Caesar Salad and croutons, Caprese Salad and Garlic Bread.

Apple Crumble Tart
This recipe turned out great and was a huge hit with the crowd we fed. In fact, the last person to leave asked me for the aluminum foil and took the tray and all home with he and his wife! How funny! I did add one envelope of the instant Quaker Oats Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal to the crumb topping. It really made the difference. I also served this with Bryers Real Vanilla ice cream.
