Boneless Garlic and Rosemary Rubbed Prime Rib with Red Wine Mushroom Sauce

I have made this three times and my hubby says it is better than any resturaunt. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! We usally lower the oven temp to 175 and let it cook all day while we are at work- 8 hrs or so. Always moist and delish!!

Chicken Noodle Casserole

Wow...this was fantastic. I excluded celery since we are not big fans and added some frozen peas instead. From a very picky family...this was unbeatable! And even better the second day for lunch!

Banana Banana Bread

Wondeful Bread!! Moist and so easy to make! My husband loves nuts so I added 3/4 c nuts to my second batch and it was even better. Thanks, we will use a lot!
