Banana Nut Bread
I think it is a little sweet and more cake-like than a bread, but it is delicious.

No Bake Cookies III
I had a little trouble with the first two batches, but the family ate them anyway. Now I seem to have it down and these are really good!

Apple Dumplings I
I loved these! I did change the recipe slightly, I added a little extra cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg because I like them. I also had to use two biscuits to the apple, next time I will cut them in quarters. I also made a simple syrup out of sugar and water and cooked it for a few minutes with the other sauce ingredients, then I poured it on the wrapped apples and baked. My son and I were fighting over them. Very good.
