Married for 40 years, we have several grandkids who love to entertain with us. Having owned a bed and breakfast for 16 years breakfast is still my favorite meal. Breakfast menus are my favorites. Muffins and scones are my best morning breads. We created some great main dishes too, like baked french toast and egg casseroles. One of our featured breakfasts is Potato Ranchero. Breakfast still tops the list when our family visits. Our grandkids especially love puffed pancakes with praline sauce. As with most kids they really like to bake cookies and create recipes with homegrown zucchini. Being published in cookbooks as well as creating our own. My proudest moment was when a major magazine bought one of my scone recipes. Forgetting to put baking soda in breakfast muffins--they looked exactly the same when they came out of the oven as when they went in and were inedible.
