Sweet Potato Casserole III
this one is definitely a keeper..it tasted like a pecan pie crossed with sweet potato pie..i added cinnamon-sugar to the crumb topping and folded in mini marshmallows when i added the topping for the last 15-20 minutes of cooking...yummy

This recipe went off without a hitch..mmm good... i will deinitely use this for the holidays..my family loved it...delissshhhh...

Cucumber Sunomo
that was really great although i did add some sesame oil to it and at the last minute right before serving topped it with toasted sesame seeds,,ended up tasting just like my neighborhood sushi bar,,yummy
