Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle
I have made this many times and it always turns out perfectly. I split the diffence with the time ranges given (6 1/2 then 2 1/2 minutes).

No Cook Icing
This worked perfectly! I dipped cupcakes into the frosting, twisted them a little, then pulled them out. It made a very cute curly-Q on top. The kids especially loved this frosting and I will definately make it again.

Luscious Slush Punch
This is the best punch I've had - and both kids and adults like it as well. I froze the jello/juice mixture in a gallon freezer bag. It took about 20 minutes to become slushy after mixing it with the soda.
