Pumpkin Pie Pudding
It was very good :) I doubled the recipe. I thought it was a bit thick and also thought next time if I cut out 1/2 c sugar from the (doubled) recipe, wait until the pudding cools and then combine it with an 8 oz tub of whipped topping it would be the bomb diggety... I know it would.. :)
