Harvest Yams

so so good! Be careful not to overdo it with the maple syrup, it can get a little too sweet. I lay out the yam slices and then eyeball it, making sure I put a little on each one.

Oranged Cranberry Sauce

Very very good! My guests loved it, but don't do it unless you want the orange taste, 'cause it definitely has an orange taste to it as well as the cranberry.

Baked Dijon Salmon

This recipe is by far my boyfriend's favorite fish recipe, and we've tried many (trying to eat healthier). Just be careful of how much you pack on on top of the fish, seems to slow cooking down a bit. Otherwise, it's fantastic. Especially with rice.
