Jay's Jerk Chicken
Good stuff, wear gloves when you cut the jalepeno's. Everyone enjoyed it, chicken was very juicy.

Willie Cake
I made this cake for a friend who has celiac's disease and it was a huge hit. The chocolate ganache was very good, but if I make again I will put it in the refrigerator to set. (I'm new to this so maybe that seems obvious but...) I would have also used less bitter chocolate for the topping. Otherwise a fabulous melt in your mouth cake.

Caramels
Buttery, soft caramels. Everyone who has tasted them has went crazy for them. I will make this again. Be careful not to burn them and with most candies, it takes quite some time for the candy thermometer to reach 250 degrees, so be patient and stir!
