Dill Cucumber Dip
Delicious, easy, light but tasty...and different. Have now served this several times and it always disappears; I add extra dill because I love the flavor; serve with bagel crisps or any cracker

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata
Great recipe, not too difficult at all...definitely too spicy for my family...go easy on the red pepper if you are not sure. My husband and kids all ate it, even though it did earn a new name - "tubes of fire." Will make again using MUCH less red pepper.
