this was absolutley marvalous!! Everyone loved this even after all the protesting that I wasn't making the traditional candied yams. The only thing I did different was that I doubled the sweet potatoes and left everything else the same. it was the perfect amount of sweetness. This will be my new thanksgiving sweet potatoes from now on!

This is a wonderful recipe. The texture is a blend of cheesecake and mousse. Everyone loved it when I took it to a family gathering. I used chocolate graham crackers instead of the cookies and it was delicious. I especially like the topping because it covers any cracks so you have a perfect cheesecake every time.

I love to make cheesecakes and try new ones on my family all the time. This is their favorite of them all. I get requests for this a lot. I just took this to a large family affair and it was the hit of the party. Comes out beautiful every time. Sometimes it cracks but no one seems to care because of how good it is. You'll never go wrong with the pumpkin lovers you know.
