OMG the barbecue sauce is to die for!!! I just threw everything into our vita mixer and it came out silky smooth. I have a specific way that I love to cook the ribs and they come out perfect every time but I have used a variety of homemade sauces and this one is perfect. thanks for sharing.

Ham and Swiss Stromboli

This was outstanding!! Very easy to make. We do not even like swiss cheese but made this recipe just as stated and it was truly delicious. Made homemade marinara (from this site) to dip it in and it was perfect. Thanks for sharing. Would not change a thing with this recipe. Definitely will be making this one over and over. Great week night recipe.

Pasta with Peas and Sausage

Excellent...made just as stated. Once you put the sauce over the pasta, it soaks right in and gives a wonderful flavor. I do not even like peas but I liked this. We used petite peas. Thanks for sharing.

Sausage Casserole

Very good....DH "spiced" it up with some hot sauce but an excellent "starter" dish. I do not like spicy so I would give it a 5. Very easy and usually have all the ingredients on hand which is a huge plus.

Sour Cream Enchiladas

4.5 on the very first night that I made them, but a definite 5 on the next day!! Just something about sitting over night that made them explode with flavor the next day. Good idea about doubling the sauce. DH was absolutely raving about these the next day. I did saute the chicken with fajita seasoning. thank you for sharing.

Super easy and absolutely delicious and refreshing. I make my own thousand island dressing. DH says it doesn't really taste like a true rueben but he loved it anyway. thanks for sharing.

Bada Bing Pork Chops

I think we just do not like the tangyness of the italian dressing as a marinade. We like the dressing on salads. Good for one meal but will not make again. Thanks for sharing.

Foil-Baked Chicken

Flavor was there and chicken was perfectly tender....but I do believe there is too much cornstarch. My sauce was very clumpy and I had to add water just before serving. Would make again, just cut back on the cornstarch. thanks for sharing.
