Soft Sandwich Buns
I am not a good bread maker even with the bread machine....so today i decided to try Buns instead. The only change...I used. unbleached all purpose flour (it's all I had)....however I have never even seen buns being made before so i stretched out the dough with my hands and rolled it into balls. I only made 6 buns had no idea how big they would rise lol ......i baked them about 25 mins in 350 oven. I was worried they would be tough I thought I played around with them too much....BUT THEY WERE FANTASIC.....a bit on the large side so I will know better next time!!!! THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME A RECIPE I CAN ACTUALLY MAKE :)
