Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
THANK YOU for this recipe!!!! It was really good!!! The only things I did differently are: I Doubled the recipe and since I don't have a blender I pureed 2 small onions and 3 cloves of garlic to make sure it was smooth. After adding the cream I added a small hand full of Romano cheese to the sauce while simmering. I poured the sauce over cooked cheese filled Ravioli in a baking dish and covered with shredded Mozarella and Cheddar cheese and baked for about 20 mins.......:) Next time I make this sauce I'm going to try it over my homemade Lasagna P.S when you double the recipe it calls for 2 tablespoons of basil....I only used about 3/4 of a tablespoon.... Thanks Again :)
