Tacos in Pasta Shells
Followed others advise and used taco seasoing for the meat instead of using chili. Everything else, I kept the same. The family loved them..Since I doubled the recipe..we had plenty of leftovers. Just as good, if not better, the next day warmed up in the Micro. Thanks for sharing!

Triple Bypass
The Coronary Culinary Institute gives; “Two hardened arteries up!”..also topped ours off with sliced black olives and jalapeño peppers.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Awesome… ridiculously easy recipe. Took advise of others and used a pork butt; a six pounder fills the Crockpot and made 16-18 good sized sandwiches-great on Bulky Rolls. Used enough broth to cover and added a beer and some brown sugar to the mix. Two barbecued thumbs up on this one.
