Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This bread is delicious. I used fresh pumpkin puree that I had frozen and defrosted, so I reduced the water to 1/3 cup because fresh puree is moister than canned. The recipe (24 servings) made 3 small loaves, 6 muffins and one large loaf. Definitely a winner!
