Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This bread is delicious. I used fresh pumpkin puree that I had frozen and defrosted, so I reduced the water to 1/3 cup because fresh puree is moister than canned. The recipe (24 servings) made 3 small loaves, 6 muffins and one large loaf. Definitely a winner!

Glazed Lemon Bread
This bread had a good taste but was dry and crumbled when I sliced it. :(

Homemade Tomato Sauce I
This is an excellent recipe. I used a tomato press which saved time. I also added more tomato paste and a can of chicken broth or beef broth, also some parmesan cheese at the end.
