Quick and Easy Chicken Chili
Great Chili! I didn't have the hominy to add for this recipe and it made it really hardy without it. Great taste and you don't have to have it cook all day for great taste.

Easy Salsa Meatloaf
Easy and tasty recipe. It was perfect as is. I used a lot of parsley and a little S&P. I also used lean beef and it was very good.

Easy Enchilada Casserole
This recipe was great. I added black beans and whole wheat tortilla's for a little bit more protein and it was great. Not a pretty dish, but tasty!
