Baked Pork Chops I
These are the best pork chops I have ever made! They turned out very tender. Takes a while from start to finish, but super easy. If you don't like the flavor of white wine sauce, you could easily substitue chicken broth. Like others, I was a little afraid to cook for the entire 90 mins, but I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect.
