Zucchini Cobbler

Yummy! My neighbor requested the recipe. I did not add a bottom layer (personal preference) So I halved the crumb mixture! Mixed half in with the cobbler and sprinkled remaining on top. Thanks for sharing

Sweet Cornbread Cake

Love it...the closest I have come to Boston Market Cornbread...If you like it sweet and not so gritty~this is perfect! I soaked the cornmeal in a cup of milk for 15 mins or so....and baked as muffins! Perfect and yummy~thanks for sharing!

Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos

Pretty tasty...had to use FF cream cheese since all I had - also added a little bit of FF Ranch ~ used precooked bacon pieces and still turned out yummy! Can only imagine how awesome with would be with the full fat version!! Thanks!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Good recipe...subbed applesauce for oil - used additional spice for my own preference...added cinnamon extract and a streusal toppoing! Kids will eat it and that's always a plus - hubby thought was just ok!

Pasta Pomodoro

Yummy and easy!! I think we often forget that boxes of pasta are 16oz - not 8oz...therefor 2 boxes would be wayyyyy too much - but 1 16oz box is good. I used canned, diced tomatoes with italian spices, 1 cup water leftover from pasta and a buillon cube. I will probably use an additional can of diced tomatoes next time! Added some grilled chicken and it was super good! Thanks for sharing!!!!

Scrambled Egg Muffins

Good recipe...used green onions rather then regular..also added a little cottage cheese! Very good - made 1/2 without any milk and 1/2 with and those with milk are definitely more to my liking! Great 4 hubby who is going low carb to get back in shape! Thanks!

Apple Bundt Cake

I would give more then 5 stars..if possible! Moist and delicious. Coated pan with cooking spray then powdered sugar; used more cinnamon and added pumpkin spice to the apples; used granny smith and red delicious apples chopped small and folded into the batter; all cinnamon applesauce(all I had) in place of the oil; added cinnamon extract in addition to the vanilla; and finnaly - made a streudel topping and placed a layer in the middle then a layer on top...didn't have any problems with over baking at time specified in recipe!! Made for moms to eat at playdate and everyone LOVED it!! Thanks for sharing the recipe and numerous reviews!

Seafood Salad Supreme

Not sure I should rate this since I was lacking many of the ingredients...but I was inspired by this and it was AWESOME!!! I was low on mayo - so used 1/2 Light mayo and 1/2 Miracle whip, canned crab meat - which I sauteed in butter and garlic. I also had fully cooked shrimp in cilantro/lime sauce. Used some Beau Monde Seasoning with the Old Bay..I cooked more then 8oz pasta - just used what was left in box! No green onion (but wld be great with it), no celery - added red and green peppers! It was sooo yummy! Thanks for the base!!
