Great recipe...baked for 45 mins at 325 then another 30 mins at 300. I had 3 loaves in the oven and dusted tops with cinnamon sugar..my hubby LOVED it! Thanks for sharing!

Fantastic muffin and the first time my 2 toddlers have eaten anything pumpkin!! Used canned pumpkin pie - as it was all I had. Also used brown sugar in the struedel...used my cookie scoop and placed a full scoop in bottom of muffin liner, used pastry bag to pipe cream cheese mix into middle, then covered with another scoop...used butter knife to spread it around and worked perfectly! Had a nice cream cheese center...Thanks so much for sharing - will definitely make again!!

These were ok...my 3 year old didn't even finish one - and he LOVES biscuits. I made them larger but the were still pretty flat - not at all flaky. They did rise a tad...Thanks for sharing!
