Strawberry Jam
Although I used a thermometer, my jam was always 5 degrees shy of what it should be. The colour was great and it was slightly thick so I poured it in my jars. The jam thickened upon cooling and after a few days was the perfect consistency. Everyone loved this jam and although it started out really sweet, the flavours mellowed over time. Would make this again! 2 pints of berries made about 4 - 1/2 pint jars of jam.

Szechwan Shrimp
Can't believe how fast this is! It's great because it uses common ingredients. Next time I'm short on time and thinking take-out, I'll break out the frozen shrimp and whip this up instead.

Biscuit Breakfast Sandwiches
I enjoyed the meal although my 2 children who normally like biscuits didn't care for these. I should have read the directions more clearly as I mistakenly put 8 biscuits (1/2") thick into the oven instead of 6. Had I put all the dough into just 6 biscuits and rolled the dough to 3/4" instead of 1/2", mine would have been larger and risen much higher. These reminded me of Bisquick biscuits.
