Honey Mustard BBQ Pork Chops
Both my husband and I really liked this recipe--but we baked the chops like another reviewer did. I made just a few changes. 1) Salted/peppered/floured the chops, and browned them (along with 1/3 of a sliced yellow onion) in extra virgin olive oil. 2) Put onions and browned chops in a greased casserole dish. 3) Doubled the sauce recipe (deglazed the skillet with some of the sauce)then covered chops and onions with the mustard sauce 4) Covered and baked at 350 for 1 hour (used thick chops) This came out just great--chops were moist, tender, and sauce is really yummy. Thanks for this recipe!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Very good--but a little too sweet. Next time I make this (and there definately will be a next time), I will reduce the amount of brown sugar to 1/3 a cup. I may also try tomato soup as opposed to the catsup. I did make a couple of changes on this first try: 1) used a packet of lipton onion soup mix instead of chopped onion; 2) used Italian style breadcrumbs in place of saltines; 3) added worsteshire sauce (1 tbl) to sauce; 4) mixed 1/3 of sauce in meat mixture, and 1/3 on bottom of pan, and 1/3 on top of meat mixture. Served this with mashed potatoes and corn mixed with red and green peppers. You need to serve side dishes that are spicy to offset the sweetness of this loaf. All in all, a great recipe. Thanks!

Grilled Mahi Mahi
Excellent, and very different fish recipe. I made a few changes: 1) Used olive oil instead of butter--was good, but next time I will try the butter (or do half and half oil and butter). 2) Did not have jarred garlic, so used garlic powder 3) Used bottled lemon juice, as I did not have fresh lemons 4) Used motzerrela cheese, as did not have pepperjack--next time I will try the pepperjack 5) Baked the fish at 350 for 30 minutes in a covered casserole dish instead of grilling 6) I added green and red bell peppers, yellow squash, mushrooms along with the onion--which really turned out very well Delicious--Great recipe--thanks!!
