Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
They were to greasy for my taste. My family gobbled them up quite quickly. I will try not to make these again, but I have a feeling I will be getting a request for them.

Buttermilk Corn Bread
Very good classic recipe. I needed to make a classic cornbread without the sugar as a base for cornbread dressing and this fit the bill perfectly.
