Retired. Travelling is my favorite thing besides my grandchildren Cooking some ethnic foods, but love trying new recipes. Most difficult thing for me is to try and cook for two, but the freezer works. I love to make dumplings. I don't bake so much anymore as we would weigh a ton! Cook as healthy as possible, omitting fats and making lots of salmon and fish during the week. Beef Stew is my triumph and everyone loves my spaghetti and meatballs. Making one of the antipasta salads from this website for a large party and it said to put it on a platter! Ha ha ha. I had to make it in a roasting pan. It made sooooo much.
