Chicken Fajita Pizza
I made this the other night and loved it. Used a whole green pepper and a whole onion, and a 16 oz jar of Herdez hot salsa. I also added some black olives on top over the cheese. Great recipe!

Stuffed Peppers for Two
This was a great recipe. It was for two of us, but we doubled it so we could have seconds. The wife cooked this one, so I don't have any special tips (except that it's always nice to get the wife to do the cooking). Highly recommended!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
What an easy, delicious recipe! I made it as written except instead of 3 diced potatoes I used a pound and a half of baby red potatoes rinsed and cut in half, and instead of one chopped onion I used six little boiler onions skinned and cut in half. I also increased the broth to 2 cups (1 14.5 oz can).
