Savory Italian Sausage Sauce
Pretty good sauce indeed. Used less mushrooms because I didn't have more (yet my son still managed to locate them and deem the sauce not to his liking :P) and omitted the red pepper flakes. And the water. (Figured I would add as needed, but did not need.) Even more flavourful the next day (it's true). Makes a nice sized batch - definitely more than four servings as the recipe lists.

Orange Chocolate Muffins
These muffins were good...but...the truth is: I am trying to find THE orange chocolate-chip muffin recipe that my mom used to make but [fast forward 20 years] no longer has the recipe for. And these were not it. I remember those as having more flavour and being bigger and cracklier. So these muffins were good and I do recommend them. I did not notice the part about 18 servings until after I prepared them in my 12-serving pan. They were a decent size this way - would probably be rather small per the recipe direction. Substituted yogurt and chocolate-chips. Would make again.

Juicy Roasted Chicken
This was the highest rated "roasted chicken" recipe that popped up, so I figured I can't go wrong. Well, I was wrong and the recipe went wrong too. I followed the directions, except since I wanted roasted veggies with my dinner, I put a bunch of cut-up carrots, potatoes and rutabaga under the chicken. Now I don't know if that's what threw the whole process off, but the chicken was very undercooked when we sat down to eat it after the 30 minutes rest time (I don't have a thermometer, but with a five-star recipe, I trusted the time indicated). Back in the oven for another 30 minutes, chicken was done, but tasted bland. Veggies were also undercooked (I will blame the recipe for that too). Very disappointing overall. Should have read the none-popular reviews before embarking on this. Lesson learned. :(
