The dough was easy to work, the taste amazing, and the kids liked them... but they crumbled into little pieces the next day. I don't see anyone else saying that so maybe I did something wrong? The flavor makes it all worth it, they just didn't hold up well for serving.

Simple, quick and easy... these cookies were delicious! I topped them with a lemon flavored powdered sugar icing, and they were a hit. Very nice, light flavor. Definitely will make again and again!
