Cranberry Orange Loaf
This is the best cranberry bread I have ever tasted. The dough is very dense, so add an extra 20 minutes to your cooking time.

Tomato and Basil Quiche
This was a big hit at my Mom's birthday party! I used frozen deep dish pie crust, cooked for 10 minutes before filling as directed. It was delicious!

Swiss Chicken Casserole I
I have made this for years. If you have thick boneless chicken it does take longer than 50 minutes. I bake at 60 mins then uncovered for 20. I have used different cream of' soups and they all taste great'!
