Chocolate-Filled Poppy Seed cookies

These cookies were very good, but I only gave 4 stars because I think the chocolate overpowers the cookie a little. I made some of these using white chocolate instead, and they turned out very good!

What fantastic cookies! I think I might try using 1/2 milk chocolate and 1/2 white chocolate next time, but the recipe as written is very good!

Black Beans and Rice

Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms

I also added a bit of cream to the sauce, but otherwise followed the recipe as directed. It was very good! I will definitely be making this again.

I used this for a napoleon, and it was fantastic! I did follow other suggestions and leave out one egg and use vanilla extract. Next time I will add just a bit more than 1 tsp of vanilla, but otherwise it worked very well.

Death By Chocolate III

Husband LOVED this recipe, I didn't. It was definitely better the second day after all the flavors blended and the brownies were softened up by the pudding, though. Will make again for hubby.

The Best Lemon Bars

Absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and the bars came out wonderfully. Very good lemony flavor, good texture too. I did add powdered sugar on top, but they're fabulous without it also!

Breakfast Cake

Wish I would have read the other reviews before making this. Baking time and temperature were WAY too high. Ruined the whole thing. The flavor is all right, though. I also was hoping the cake would rise more.
