Chocolate-Filled Poppy Seed cookies
These cookies were very good, but I only gave 4 stars because I think the chocolate overpowers the cookie a little. I made some of these using white chocolate instead, and they turned out very good!

White Chocolate Chunk Pecan Cookies
What fantastic cookies! I think I might try using 1/2 milk chocolate and 1/2 white chocolate next time, but the recipe as written is very good!

Black Beans and Rice
Really good! My husband gave it two thumbs up. It was a little spicy for my personal taste, but I did enjoy the dish very much.
