Michelle's Blonde Chicken Chili
This is really good. I used less beans and added 2 cans of white corn. Also used baked chicken from the grocery store. Easy and fast too. Thanks!

Herb Roasted Pork
Love this pork roast! I followed the recipe as written but added fresh rosemary. For a 3 lb roast, I had plenty of glaze. Very tasty and great for our New Year's feast! This would be wonderful for a dinner party, the house smelled so good while it was cooking. Happy 2008!

Southwestern Cauliflower and Ham Soup
I love this soup! What a great way to use the leftover ham from the holidays! I love the cauliflower in this soup. I made it exactly as the recipe was written except I doubled the recipe. Don't forget the cilantro, it really makes it. Even the teenagers ate it up and asked for seconds! This is a keeper. Thank you!
