Confetti Bean Salad
I made this for my son's first birthday party and at least 12 people asked for the recipe. It was easy and so very flavorful. I wouldn't change a thing, but you can certainly play with ingredients and flavors to make it more your own. Great recipe!

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup
I have used thi recipe for years now and still love it every time we make it. I have used both turkey and regular bacon and both are wonderful.

Applesauce Bars
I had a bunch of McIntosh apples I had to process into applesauce before they went bad. This was a great way to use the applesauce in baking! I made muffins instead of bars (400 degrees for 15 minutes) and they were very moist and flavorful. The people in my office really enjoyed them. Next time I plan on adding dried fruits and nuts to make them a little heartier. I might even top them with a streusel topping for a twist. This is a wonderful base recipe that can really be catered to individual tastes. If you are looking to use up some applesauce or have a tasty harvest treat I strongly reccomend you give this recipe a try. It is very quick and simple and the results are delicious.
