Grandma Johnson's Scones
Wow. Couldn't get better scones in any coffee house! So easy to make and so delicious. MUCH cheaper than buying them!! I split the dough into three sections, made one with chocolate shavings, one with cinnamon and one with blueberries. All three turned out delicious! I cut the butter in half and they were so moist and not overly crumbly. I had to bake them an extra 10 minutes, I like them with a slightly crunchy outside. I used bread flour instead of all purpose. What a wonderful scone recipe!! Oh and I didn't roll them out. I just took handfuls of dough, mixed in each topping (chocolate, cinnamon, or blueberry) by hand, shaped into a triangle and placed them on a baking sheet. Will be making these many many times to come!

Best Spinach Dip Ever
Eh. It was ok, don't know about Best Ever. Couldn't find the dry leek soup mix so I had to use dry onion. Guess its pretty good as far as spinach dip goes, maybe a little too sour for my tastes.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding
Hey, not bad! I don't think I would say its better than the boxed kind but its definitely in second place! Certainly cheaper and actually takes less time. Tastes great warm or chilled and topped with whipped cream!
