Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup
Delcious! I didn't have chives so I left them out. Tasted just like the Chinese restaurant down the street!

Amish Macaroni Salad
I left out the eggs, used chopped dried onion because I was out of onions, used frozen chopped up peppers, didn't add celery, and used 1 tsp of celery salt in place of the salt and the celery seed. It is sitting in the fridge right now "marinating" for dinner, and I can't stop sneaking little spoonfuls of it! It is soooo yummy.

Peppermint Meringues
This was a very simple recipe, I've wanted to try making meringues for a while now, and this was perfect. I followed the directions exactly, and they turned out perfect! I used a plastic pastry bag with the tip cut off to pipe them onto parchment paper. I didn't really pay attention to the time, I just tested the biggest, fattest one, and when that one was done, I knew the rest were, lol. Now I can't stop eating them, they melt in your mouth!
