Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I've made this recipe twice so far and each time it turned out great! I always substitute Smart Balance Oil for the butter, increase bananas to 3, use 1/3 cup brown sugar, 2/3 cup white sugar add 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 cup pecans(sub for walnuts), and then top it with wheat germ and more pecans. Amazing!
