As written, 5 stars. This is a fantastic recipe. (Agree with others, though, veg. oil to 1/3 cup.) I make this EVERY week for my husband to take with him to work. (It's great as a cold salad for those who don't have microwaves.) Since we make it so often, here are some great variations... add sweet chili sauce or hot sriracha sauce. Brown sugar instead of white. Adding a little orange juice to the sauce. Steak instead of chicken. The possibilities are endless!
