Banana Sour Cream Bread

I really like the cinnamon taste because it adds a little zing to the bannana taste. I have made this twice and the loaves freeze very well.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This was a complete surprise. I never would have thought of putting brown sugar in meatloaf. The sweetness from the brown sugar goes through the whole meatloaf and this will be my favorite recipe.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

I just made this for a church breakfast and was really disappointed with it as was my husband. I added 1 cup of chopped onion and 1 cup of chopped green pepper to the recipe. It really tasted more like something out of a box. Just didn't like the taste of it.

Fried Apple Pies

The apples were good, but that's all that I can say that was good. The crust was too dry and fell apart when folding over. I tried to patch it up with water. They soaked up the grease from frying. I love almost all recipes, but this was the worst. I will not make this again.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Mexican Chicken Kiev

The Mexican Chicken Kiev is really great. The chilies give it a little zip. It's a great dish to serve family and guests because it can all be prepared early in the day and put in the fridge. This is a keeper at our house.
