Vegetarian Moussaka

phew.a lot of work, but good flavor.browning the veggies gives a grilled flavor to the entire meal.i think i'll save this for a VERY special occasion.

Chicken Creole

delicious quick dinner with limited available ingredients. i added carrots and jalapeno peppers. great base to perk up chicken. fabulous potential. i love flexibility!!

Creole Shrimp

very easy recipe on a short notice. didn't add the tomatoes, used a mixture of seafood. added chilis, green beans and spinach. yum.
