Happily married to an awesome man that will eat pretty much anything I prepare and put on the table. I have so many favorites but I really enjoy preparing food for my friends & family. I get lots of compliments on my meatloaf. Thanksgiving & Christmas dinners. Those holidays have the best memories for me. All the ladies in the kitchen, each preparing something different. That's where I learned to cook! Discovering that baking dressing in muffin tins will yield the perfect one person portion. Sure made it easy to know how much to prepare! I guess my biggest tragedy was mixing my cereal (Lucky Charms) with buttermilk by mistake when I was about 8. YUCK!
