I don't care for making pies in general and apple pie is my least favorite,but I felt obligated to make one for thanksgiving so I tried this recipe. This is the best apple pie I have made or tasted. I don't like to review recipes to which I have made major changes having said that the only thing I couldn't resist was tossing the apples with some cinnamon before placing in the crust. I also hate making pie crust and used pillsbury ready made. It not only tasted wonderful but looked beautiful, and got thumbs up from everyone. This is the only recipe I will use for apple pie from now on. Thanks for a great recipe

Great cheese ball. I made the recipe as is and everyone liked it. I did let it chill before rolling in nuts, (I did use walnuts) and it turned out perfect. I much fresher taste that store bought cheese balls.
