Absolutely delicious! I topped mixed greens with the avocado/tomato mixture. Flavourful and satisfying.

Fantastic! Easy! It was overcooked (we're a RARE family) but it was so tender and flavourful we didn't care! I will adjust my timing for the next roast but I believe this is still a 5 star recipe. The only way to cook this cut of beef!

We are a family of salmon lovers. This recipe was awesome, easy! I used salmon with the skins on so they didn't really absorb a lot of the sauce during the marinating time. I did baste them with the marinade a couple of times during the baking time and this worked out perfectly. I didn't have garlic salt but I did use one very large garlic clove. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
