Banana Chip Cookies
Delicious! I love a cakey cookie. I followed the recipe exactly--I was temped to add another banana, but a single banana is perfect--the flavor is just right. Thanks JoAnne!

Tender Pork Spare Ribs
Great. I didn't use pre-mixed fajita seasoning; I subbed cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and crushed coriander and crushed mustard seeds. Otherwise, followed recipe to the letter, using the 4 hour braise time. Excellent, sticky, sweet and tender.

Rice Pudding
Tasty! Follow the adjustments from Laura's comment in 2007 and it comes out just right (2 c milk, 1.25 c cooked rice). Since I used leftover rice that had been seasoned, I left out the salt in this recipe. Also, I recommend tempering the eggs by adding a small amount of hot rice mixture to the beaten eggs and slowly adding tempered eggs to the main pot of rice.
