Egg in a Hole
This has been around for 60+ years,,,,being from the Pennsylvania Dutch Country, our name for it is "Bird-in-a-Nest" I make this for my grandkids now and they love it...it's a great after school snack with a cup of hot choc or breakfast. We eat it with our fingers on the go, too.

Egg in a Boat
OMG; something so simple to make for the kiddies or grandkiddies. I make these upon request and that is a lot. My grandkidsr love these as an after school snack with a mug of hot choc. My Mom made these all the time for us 5 kids growing up in PA in the 50-60's era...good ole days. We called them "Birds-in-a-Nest". Egg goes in hole on first side of buttered bread. We like egg cooked almost semi-hard.

Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese-Chive Butter
Have you tried just putting steak seasoning on it and then grilling not more then 10 mins per side? That's what I call a perfect steak. There is no need to slice a flat iron steak thin and across the grain, as it it so tender anyway you cut it. We love them, the blue cheese-chive butter sounds good and goes well on top of a baked potato.
