I've never posted a recipe review, so it's pretty funny that my first one is a dog food recipe. I have to say, my dog absolutely loves this, and it cured what I think was an allergic reaction to multiple organic and regular types of dog food. My modifications: I've substituted ground beef for the turkey, and oats for the rice, and she likes both combos. I add 3 eggs, one egg shell very finely ground then strained (for calcium) and 3 Omega 3 tablets. I sometimes use peas and carrots, sometimes a large squirt of catsup and a very tiny sprinkle of garlic. She's so happy!

Awesome. I substituted two whole/chopped tomatoes for the cherry tomatoes, and used about 1/2 tsp dried dill. It needed salt, so next time I think I'll replace the green pepper with a TBSP of capers. Also, I used the ocean scallops (so it takes longer to brown) and like others omitted the zest with no problem.
