Scalloped Corn
Great Thanksgiving side dish! I did not drain the corn and it was perfect. Also made same dish but used Mexican Corn instead of the whole corn for a mexican lunch with friends.

Moist Carrot Cake
The moist ever! Had to cook for almost 60 minutes for the middle to get done. Worth every bite! Whoa, but the fat grams. It was worth it!

Grilled Chicken with Fresh Mango Salsa
This recipe was o.k. It needed something more...I added orange juice. It needs a zest of something. I kept tasting the vinegar.
